Super prepared for my trip to Bali. Got these little happy helpers to keep my gut happy. 
Clockwise from top: SB Floractive strips bad bacteria from intestinal lining (ie. helps diarrhea); Bao Ji pills great for damp-heat gastro type symptoms (and hangovers!); Travellers friend is a natural water purifier that can be used to kill any bugs on the inside; Ping Wei San for cold-damp symptoms (ie. over indulgence in cold foods/drink) and damp accumulation in Spleen/Stomach; Gan Jiang (dried ginger) in the brown packet which is awesome to settle upset stomach when stepped in hot water and drunk as a tea. I also use it to settle a nervous stomach which sometimes comes when there’s too many bumps on the flight 😉
